What is the difference between 'Relax' and 'Fast' mode?

'Fast' mode gives you immediate GPU access for quick generations but uses your monthly quota. 'Relax' mode is unlimited (on higher plans) but puts you in a queue, taking anywhere from 0-10 minutes per generation.
